About.
elham brings a broad range of professional qualifications, practice knowledge, and specialist training to his work with both clients and health professionals. Further information about his qualifications and employment history can be found here.
Practically, their work with clients and families is grounded in a person-centred approach, seeking to recognise and amplify the existing implicit skills, capacities and expertise that we all bring to challenging life situations.
Professionally, they support organisations and staff teams to strengthen practice through the phenomenological lens of a client or family’s lived experience, alongside evidence-informed approaches. This also includes supporting teams to work more confidently with grief, death, and bereavement – with a focus on practical, sustainable approaches to care, for families and staff/volunteers.
elham brings specialist skill and experience to translating the nuanced, complex (and often hidden) relational aspects of grief and death care work into forms that can be recognised and appreciated within organisational settings, through engaged reflexive training, service development, and consultation.
